    Agenus is looking for an efficient, organized, and resourceful CMMS and Metrology Coordinator to support the day to day activities of the Facilities department.  The candidate must be highly adaptive to frequent evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.  Strong decision-making skills, verbal, and written communication skills and attention to detail are critical as well as maintaining a high level of confidentiality.  The ability to prioritize multiple tasks, handle a heavy work load well under pressure, and work independently with strong follow-through skills are a must for this team oriented candidate.

    Responsibilities

    The coordinator is the first point of contact for CMMS related matters and controls all the data entry and electronic routing in the CMMS application to ensure clean and consistent control of the information. The following job responsibilities apply to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, calibration, and validation activities:

    • Process daily requests into Unscheduled Work Orders and assign work to in-house technicians and vendors including routing and tracking of unscheduled work orders that require pre- and post-approval
    • Process daily requests for new assets/events and modifications to existing assets/events including initial data entry, routing records for approval, and tracking approval status
    • Assign scheduled maintenance and scheduled calibration work to technicians and vendors
    • Generate KPIs from the CMMS application
    • Coordinate with IT for adding, disabling, and modifying users in the CMMS application
    • Coordinate with IT and Blue Mountain Quality Resources support and technical support or troubleshooting of the CMMS application
    • Coordinate with Computer Systems Validation and QA to support any required configuration modifications and report generation
    • Collect and organize technical data from equipment manufacturers, equipment users, and engineering personnel
    • Interact with Manufacturing, Laboratory, Maintenance, Metrology, and Engineering staff as well as other internal/external customers
    • Review and confirm completion of maintenance and calibration work
    • Ad hoc projects, as assigned

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and flexible
    • Ability to multi-task, maintains a can-do attitude, especially in a fast-paced environment
    • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Proactively identifies new opportunities to improve lab safety and efficiency
    • A team player, who listens effectively and invites response, and discussion 

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Experience working in a GMP environment managing a CMMS
